Self-Pay Continuation Option

At Chicago Integrated Health, your care, consistency, and well-being remain our top priority. As we transition our insurance offerings, we are committed to ensuring that clients who wish to continue their healing journey with us have a clear and supportive path forward.

For clients previously utilizing BCBSIL PPO (private) and Blue Cross Community Health (Medicaid), we are pleased to offer a self-pay option designed to maintain uninterrupted access to services.

Self-Pay Rates:

• $100 per encounter, per individual

• $150 per encounter for an adult and child seen together
