Thrive In the Classroom ~ Wellness EventThursday, August 7, 2025Good morning Chicago Integrated Health Family & Members!Before I begin, I wanted to formally introduce myself in the case you are not yet taking advantage of our personal training and nutrition coaching services. My name is Menia Morris or “Coach MJ”. I am the Director of Fitness here at CIH. It has been almost a year since we opened our brick and mortar location and boy have we grown! Our hope and desire is that you are healing mentally, physically and spiritually since you became a member of our practice. As we grow, we want to be sure we are offering not only services, but events that will empower you, heal you and put you into a position to heal. Our first end of Summer event is coming up on Saturday, August 30th fro 12:30-3:30p. This “Thrive in the Classroom” is geared towards anyone who is an educator, principal, teacher, teachers assistant, dean or school counselor. If this isn’t you, it may be for someone in your circle of influence so feel free to share as it is open to not only members, but non members alike. The afternoon will consist of visual and verbal empowerment experiences that will without a doubt give you an opportunity to choose mindfulness throughout the school year. There will be speakers, demonstrations and even vendors for you to shop with! Will you join us? Will you share this event with your circle? We sure do hope so!
